(Up to 2 pets are allowed for small fee). Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walkover right by unit! High Speed Xfinity Wifi. Golf cart free to use if working.

Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!

Other things to note

Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.
